Relationship intensives are immersive experiences designed to help you and your partner heal, reconnect and grow
Over the course of 1 to 4 days, we’ll dive deep into the core issues affecting your relationship using powerful methods like EMDR, Brainspotting & IFIO (intimacy from the inside out). These intensives provide you with a dedicated and intentional space for lasting transformation where we will explore beliefs, fears and desires.

Relationship Therapy Intensive Programs

7 hours relationship intensive: rediscovering your connection.
Day one: Intake and assessments learn about relationship cycles, the system as a whole and the relational values. (2)
Focus on one partner while the other partner witnesses their experience. Take turns identifying parts that are impacting the system and learning about them (2)
Engage in communication activities and identify core communication patterns (1)
Take a lunch break (1 hour)
Come back to check in and retap into inner child connection building activities (2 hours)

A 1 day intensive is great for couples looking to rediscover their connection. Couples wanting to re-establish their emotional and physical connection.
1 - day intensive in Denver, Colorado

1 hour: Joint session to explore family patterns and core values.
2 hour: Individual assessments.
1 hour: Reconnect to discuss insights.
Homework: Journal prompts for personal reflection.
Day Two: Targeted Work (6.5 hours)
2 hours: Connect with identified cycles, parts, and core beliefs (1 hour each).
30-minute break.
3 hours: EMDR targeting with breaks as needed (1.5 hours per partner).

1 hour: Process experiences, share takeaways, and set homework for continued practice.

1 hour of Parts Work IFIO therapy (equivalent to 2-3 weeks of therapy).

You two have been to couples therapy in the past but find that an immersive focused experience might be more supportive
You have regulation and resourcing tools that you are comfortable using. Along with individual healing spaces (individual therapy, healing groups and circles etc.) to engage in support when you are done with intensive

Each program is set up in a different format that is adjustable depending on the topics you are hoping to engage in throughout our work together. I encourage 1 topic for 1-3 day intensive and 2 for a 4+ day intensive.

Having specific concerns can be helpful although not necessary! The intensive is also suitable for couples looking to enhance their relationship or explore underlying dynamics.

It’s helpful to come with an open mind, a willingness to engage in difficult conversations, and any relevant materials (like journals or previous therapy notes) that might assist in the process.

I am happy to offer weekly to biweekly couples therapy moving forward after a intensive. We can discuss what this might look like moving forward if you would like to continue working together or you'd prefer to see another clinician for follow up couples therapy.

Of course! Relationships intensives are for anyone and everyone. It does not matter if you have been together for 1 year or 10!

Yes! a $500 deposit will be collected when you schedule your relationship intensive. This deposit will go towards your total unless you cancel within 2 weeks of your scheduled slot.
