Our 2-day EMDR intensive is designed for individuals seeking focused, immersive support to address specific issues, patterns, or traumatic experiences. This structure provides ample time to process, integrate, and return for deeper work on the second day.
The Structure of Your Intensive:
Day 1:
Intake Session (90 minutes)
We’ll begin with a thorough intake session, where we’ll explore your background, current challenges, and goals. I’ll answer any questions you have, and together, we’ll identify areas of focus to guide the EMDR work.Initial EMDR Session (1 hour)
After the intake, we’ll move into an initial EMDR session. This shorter EMDR session allows us to begin processing a selected memory or experience, gently introducing you to the process and establishing a foundation for the next day’s work.
Day 2:
3. Extended EMDR Session (2 hours)
On the second day, we’ll dive into a longer EMDR session. Building on the foundation from Day 1, this session allows for deeper, sustained processing. I’ll guide you through targeted work on the issues we’ve identified, with grounding practices and breaks as needed.Follow-Up Session (50 minutes)
After the intensive two weeks or so later, we’ll meet for a 50-minute follow-up session to reflect on your experience, address any ongoing responses, and support you in integrating the insights and progress made during the intensive. -

I offer multiple packages to pick from. I offer a 2 day intensive, a 3 day intensive or a customized package where we define what you need. I am open to modifying if you prefer longer days versus shorter days. If we need to modify anything we can chat about the earth package that is more customizable.

Most of the time people like to begin with the (fire package) for emdr intensives to get a taste of what it looks like. From there we can decide if you'd like to continue or are ready to transition into a different form of therapy or take a break to allow yourself to integrate after an EMDR intensive.
